We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If the item is shipped correctly and in good condition, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, without foreign odors (like perfume or detergent), free of pet hair, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as personalized items or used personal care products. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you're unsure whether your item is eligible.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or design, contact us at support@mattinowear.com. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue was our fault.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to return it within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
