Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, please allow up to 7–10 business days for dispatch. Please note that processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States & Canada: 14–28 business days
  • Europe & Middle East: 10–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15–35 business days
  • Mexico, Central & South America: 15–35 business days
  • Asia: 10–25 business days

*Please note that delivery times to island regions may exceed 30 business days.

All orders are shipped from Ukraine with international tracking numbers provided. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details. Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking to update.

Due to external factors such as customs delays, holidays, geopolitical disruptions, or force majeure (e.g., COVID-19 pandemic or war), we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. These are only estimates.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete address information.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the re-shipping costs.

Marked as Delivered

If the tracking information shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please first contact your local post office. If necessary, provide us with a formal affidavit confirming the package is lost or stolen. Only after this process, we may issue a replacement.

Refunds cannot be issued for packages marked as delivered unless officially confirmed as undelivered or lost by the carrier.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays or charges due to customs processing.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a customer refuses to accept the package, or no delivery attempt is made in the destination country, we reserve the right to abandon the shipment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
